Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Better Steno
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

Safeguarding your password and maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Instructor-Student Relationship

Students are required to have a valid instructor code to access certain content and features. By using our platform:

Students agree to follow their instructor's guidelines and complete assigned exercises
Instructors agree to provide appropriate guidance and monitor student progress responsibly
Both parties agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct
Performance data may be shared between students and their assigned instructors

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Better Steno are available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. By purchasing a subscription or course, you agree that:

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds will be provided for partial periods unless there is an error on our part

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Better Steno, including but not limited to:

Text, graphics, logos, images, and branding
Audio clips, dictation files, and video content
Software, algorithms, and evaluation systems
Courses, exercises, and educational materials

is the exclusive property of Better Steno and/or Sabr Enterprises Pvt. Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You agree not to submit content that:

Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on the rights of others
Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
Contains viruses or malicious code

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

In no event shall Better Steno, Sabr Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

Damage to goodwill or reputation
Service interruptions or delays

14. Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to use the service will cease immediately
We may delete your account and all associated data
You remain liable for any outstanding payments

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
