Better Steno operates a strict no-refund policy for all products and services, including:
- Premium Subscriptions: Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions
- Course Purchases: One-time course enrollments
- Typing Tests: Paid evaluation services
- Any Other Paid Features: All digital products and services
Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
2. Why We Have This Policy

- All courses and materials are immediately accessible upon purchase
- Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed

3. Subscription Cancellations

7. Free Trial Periods
We may occasionally offer free trial periods for subscriptions:
- Free trials allow you to explore premium features before committing
- You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged
- If you do not cancel, your payment method will be charged automatically
- Charges after trial expiration are subject to the same no-refund policy
8. Pricing Changes

- Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
