All purchases on Better Steno are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Better Steno operates a strict no-refund policy for all products and services, including:

  • Course Purchases: One-time course enrollments
  • Typing Tests: Paid evaluation services
  • Any Other Paid Features: All digital products and services

Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

  • Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed

7. Free Trial Periods

We may occasionally offer free trial periods for subscriptions:

  • Free trials allow you to explore premium features before committing
  • You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged
  • If you do not cancel, your payment method will be charged automatically
  • Charges after trial expiration are subject to the same no-refund policy

8. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time:

  • Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
